Introducing Total Confidence
Reinventing the ownership experience. Introducing the most comprehensive customer care program ever – Total Confidence. Visit chevyconfidence.com for all the details and limitations.
It starts with the best coverage in America – our 5-year/100,000-mile transferable powertrain limited warranty(9) plus roadside assistance and courtesy transportation programs. You also get the safety and security of OnStar,(10) which comes standard for one year on almost every Chevy vehicle. For even greater peace of mind, there’s Vehicle Value Protection.(11) That means when you buy a new Chevy, we’ll help protect its retail value at trade in time. And finally Payment Protection,(12) so if you lose your job we’ll be here for you by making your payments for up to $500 a month for up to 9 months.
And don’t forget that Chevy offers more models than Toyota and Honda with an EPA estimated 30 MPG highway or better. Malibu, for instance, offers an EPA estimated 33 MPG highway. That’s better highway fuel economy than a comparable Camry and Accord.(13) Cobalt XFE has an EPA estimated 37 MPG highway. That’s better standard highway fuel economy than Toyota Corolla and Honda Civic.(14)
We’re not only committed to building quality vehicles. We’re committed to building confidence…total confidence.
2009 Chevy Impala Recall Update
OCTOBER 2008 — GM is recalling 79 MY 2009 Chevrolet Impala vehicles. Some of these vehicles have a passenger-side front air bag inflator that could fracture at an inflator tube during a deployment. During a passenger-side air bag deployment, pieces of the inflator tube could strike and injure vehicle occupants and the air bag cushion would not inflate fully, reducing the capability of the bag to protect the passenger. Dealers will install a new passenger-side front air bag. The recall began on October 10, 2008. 08V517
